Refund Policy

Order carefully Aero does not offer a refund on its products.

Faulty goods : In the highly unlikely event that from the ULTIMATE BOWLS FACTORY the Aero product you received has a factory fault identified within 21 days of receipt, we will replace it upon inspection. You will need to pay the freight to return the item which we will reimburse up to the same value as if we have sent it to you.

 

Note: Paintwork is not regarded as a factory fault.

Aero have a policy of 100% customer satisfaction when warranted.
